Our office staff are all customer service professionals, using technology to effectively communicate with you and the water district. We look forward to serving you! Bill started the company in 1982, and oversees all aspects of the business. As a long-time backflow tester, he passes down his skill and expertise to all other field technicians on our staff. Bill has developed numerous long-term friendships with our clients, reaching out to promote Pacific Backflow and teaching about effective backflow prevention programs.
