Bill started the company in 1982, and oversees all aspects of the business. As a long-time backflow tester, he passes down his skill and expertise to all other field technicians on our staff. Bill has developed numerous long-term friendships with our clients, reaching out to promote Pacific Backflow and teaching about effective backflow prevention programs.
