Oscar and Phanuel came to our home and exhibited great knowledge of our problem. Rebecca (in their Office) was extremely helpful and well informed and acted with expediency in having Oscar and Phanuel follow-through within one business day of our call. Oscar the plumber came checking for bathroom leaking in behind the wall next to the shower. He is very honest, professional and details checking every places for leaking. Fortunately, he told me there is no leaking inside the wall, the leaking is possible when in showering the water went to the water switch face plate and get inside the wall.

Our Condo building management suggested that all the residents change out their hot water heaters before they fail & leak water all over. One of the suggested companies was Flamingo Plumbing. The job was completed, no problem. Fifteen months later we get notified that they never called for a final West Palm Beach building inspection! So we contact the building inspector & we failed inspection! Since they did not take care of the inspection a year ago, the rules changed and now we need a new breaker for the more efficient hot water heater. The cost? An additional $185! Since it was Flamingo's responsibility to call for the final inspection & they didn't-they should be paying for the additional cost required to now pass inspection! They refused. Stay away from a company who drops the ball on an inspection & then expects YOU to pay for their mistake.
