Continental Plumbing was formed in 1982 by Mike Nadzam (State of Florida Plumbing Contractor License #CFC040000) and has been serving the Tampa Bay region of Florida for over thirty years. To this day, Mike is still a "hands-on" owner; he personally completes all his installations and repairs. Continental Plumbing and Heating was formed in 2012 by Tim Lawrence, a close personal friend and business colleague of Mr. Nadzam for over thirty years. Tim has carried a State of Florida Plumbing Contractor License (#CFC035717) since 1985 and holds the State of Colorado Master Plumber License (#MP.000190116) which qualifies the Colorado division (Colorado Plumbing Contrator #PC.0003269).
