Established in 1987, Loughman Builder is locally owned and family operated business concentrating on custom built homes and remodeling. Our primary focus in the contracting business as of 2012 has been the home repair and remodeling of pre-existing residential dwellings. Our goal in this area is to provide our customers with a cost effective addition or home improvements instead of building new. Loughman Builder is a Full Service Construction Company. Our projects can range from a simple home repair to building your custom 3,000 sqft dream home.

Loughman Builder was established in 1987 and is still today a family operated company. We started out as Custom Home Builders and through the years established a well know Remodeling & Repair business. The "Home Improvement" division concentrates on bathroom, kitchen, utility rooms, room additions and remodeling while the "Home Repair" division works on fixing problems that arise on the interior and exterior of your home. To Provide our customers with the best skilled tradesmen for your project and to insure our customers know all details and understand scope of work to be preformed.

Loughman Builder goal is to provide a higher level of accessibility with keeping in mind the elegance of design. The remodeling process is done to customer satisfaction with an emphasis on cleanliness and timely completion.
