P2K is passionate about building the infrastructure communities need to grow and flourish. Our civil infrastructure expertise spans from walkways and roads to highly technical runway repairs. P2K has the expertise, capacity, and financial backing to not only manage projects but to also execute nearly every construction facet in-house. Our thorough approach ensures consistent, reliable service with an end result we can stand behind 100%. We are engineers, and problem-solving is in our DNA. No matter how well-planned or scoped a project may be, unforeseen issues inevitably arise, and when they do, we respond with the speed and agility that only comes with skill and experience.

Guiomar is the CEO and co-founder of Precision 2000, Inc. (P2K) and was born in Boston, MA and raised in Colombia. She holds a civil engineering degree from Colombian School of Engineering in Colombia, a Master in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering both from Georgia Institute of Technology; also an Executive Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University. Guiomar provides leadership to the company, looks for new products and markets. She is responsible for obtaining bonding and financing to support company operations.

P2K believes that it is important to help develop the next generation of professionals in construction. In 2006, P2K created a mentorship program for civil engineering students from the Colombian School of Engineering in Colombia, where our founders, Guiomar Obregon and Carlos Sanchez, obtained their undergraduate degrees; later the program expanded to the National University of Colombia in Bogota. Precision 2000 has been providing these students with hands on training to improve their professional skills.
