Air Around the Clock, I give you an A+ for service! I have been a customer of your company for many years and my recent experience made me realize why. It was easy to schedule the appointment, your scheduling was very accommodating. The technician came within the time promised and was professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. It was a clogged drain which was a minor fix, but the technician took time to check the system thoroughly and gave me some very good direction on keeping my AC working efficiently. I renewed my maintenance agreement and highly recommend Air Around the Clock.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. We had them install a brand new AC 5 yrs ago. We have had nothing but problems since it was installed. They price gouge and have never fixed the problem. It has been something new every time they come out. They blamed the fact that we live in Sunrise and have constant brown outs. There are 50 homes in my community, their A/C doesn't have this issue. What we have spent in repairs, we could have gone elsewhere to get a new one! The saying is right, "Your wife is hot". Red hot. Tired of the lies and bs.
Here I am reading all these reviews and I keep laughing out loud. I have been a Coral Springs resident for 25 years and there is no other company that I would use. So let me get this straight. I have bought 3 air conditioners from them for 3 homes and I have never been ripped off. The ladies that answer the phones are ALWAYS accommodating and extremely helpful and polite. The technicians are always on point and are so diligent with my problems. So it may be the customers that are the problem, because I have never had anything negative to say. With that being said, willie came out today, fixed my unit and was so honest and kind on the phone answering my questions. Ross is always on point and the ladies. I thank you!
