ESI is the largest installer in the nation of geosynthetic liner materials for environmental containment applications. We have installed more than 2.5 BILLION square feet (>57,000 acres) of such materials since our company's founding in 1996. In addition to installing the materials, we also supply them. In fact, we are one of the industry's largest provider of geomembranes, geocomposites, geotextiles, geocomposite clay liners and related materials. There is a reason why site owners and general contractors have helped ESI become the largest such installer in the nation.
Founded in 1996 by former employees of National Seal (a former geosynthetic liner manufacturer), ESI initially provided contracted liner installation for local customers in the solid waste market. Since our founding, our business has grown dramatically to become the largest geosynthetic material supply and installation contractor in the United States. Our company has installed 2.5 BILLION square feet of geosynthetic materials, involving more than 2,000 projects in all 50 states. As an additional service we also fabricate, install and provide design service support for High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic pipe systems used for the supply/drainage of water, leachate and gas for the solid waste, petrochemical and industrial applications.
We have a shared interest and motivation to ensure clean air and clean water since protecting these viable resources improves our quality of life for future generations. It is also a wise and beneficial investment because of the positive impact to the bottom line. Our company was founded on this belief. We operate in the civil engineering world, among leading private companies and public entities, and serve the solid waste (non- & hazardous), power, mining, natural gas, agri/aquaculture, oil & petroleum (upstream and midstream) and other related industries.
