The Salem Probate and Family Courthouse is a three story 45,000 SF structure built in 1909 that required extensive historically accurate restoration. There was also an existing five-story addition built in 1979, which was fully demolished and a brand new five-story addition built in its place. Founded in 1968, W.T.
