JTM Plumbing installed the valve for the sprinkler system we are having installed. Even though they were swamped, they showed up on time, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them.

Really liked this company in the past but now they have an “answering service” so you can’t talk to anyone. They take a message and call you back so after a week of phone tag I’m frustrated. Very poor customer service. It’s competitive out there, we have lots of options. Need to have someone to answer your phones to be considered a company with actual customer service. Bad move IMO.

Our refrigerator died, so we bought a new one, not knowing the water line behind it had corroded, requiring a plumber to fix it. I did a Google search & found JTM had excellent reviews, so I called them. I was able to use my refrigerator a few hours later, thanks to JTM! I’ll use this company again in the future!

JTM plumbing did an excellent job when the came out to fix our water heater. Paul was very curious and polite. they covered their shoes while in the house. When he found out my husband was battling Cancer and had just had a chemo treatment. He called his boss and they discounted the price. it helped make a very stressful situation better. JTM are truly good people. we will definetly call them again. its good to know the world still has kind generous people. Thank you.

JTM provides great service! You can send a request online and they contact you right away. The plumber they sent was thorough and respectful. They showed up timely and he even offered suggestions for some other things he noticed while working that I should keep an eye on for the future. It is nice that they have bios online for all of their team members so you know who is coming to your home. While this type of work can be costly, JTM did their very best to work with me on what they could do that fits in my budget. Would highly recommend this local business!

Although they were a bit more expensive than a few other bids, the office staff and the plumber were both very professional, extremely helpful and went out of their way to do the work on the strict timeline that I had. I would recommend them.

I had previously given a one star rating due to miscommunication. I was contacted afterwards and given a new time. After we discussed what needed to be done and the parts ordered the work was completed on a Sunday! I am so glad this awesome team reached out to me and made good on their outstanding service. In fact I will be calling them this week for additional work I need done.
