Very happy with there service. They came right away, the same day and fixed our plugged toilet. Josh, the technician, was very nice and professional, and he got the job done quickly. We would absolutely recommend them.

We just had a service done by DeLonn today and want to give him a shout out. I always feel very awkward when any type of service crew comes to my home. He made me feel very at ease. He was polite and efficient. My 4 year old liked him also and they even discussed the plumbing trade!

Cody arrived on time and he did a great job installing a new garbage disposer and cleaning up afterwards. He was courteous, conscientious and pleasant. I will certainly use Rooter Works the next time and ask for Cody if he is available.
