Water heater pressure relief valve broke open because of poor installation from another company that was assigned by home warranty company. The water heater is only 14 months old. After 8 phone calls to the home warranty company, I finally got authorization to find my own vendor. It was going on 24 hours without hot water. I called 4 plumbing companies before I remembered about My Guys. They were kind and empathetic when I was on the verge of panic.
They said they would call me back and see if they could get the work done. Not only did they call back when they said they would, but they actually came about 2 hours earlier than they originally thought they would be able. I was overjoyed! The price was a good value and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
