We are now accepting applications in our Rutland location for a full time Weatherization Crew Foreman. Compensation negotiable depending on experience. Excellent Benefit Package. Basic construction and carpentry skills. Knowledge of building science preferred. Good problem-solving skills. Will work installing various energy saving measures and materials including cellulose insulation, spray foam, ventilation ducting, exhaust fans and many other building materials. Work professionally with coworkers and clients.

This tram came together to insulate, build doors, weather strip my doors, put in a bathroom fan and made our house a REAL HOME! I could never image the amazing feeling I have of comfort and security in my heart now. Our home is warm and cozy and filled with love. I couldn't be happier or more comforted than this. I have been having to turn the pellet stove to the absolute lowest spot on the gauge it will go without going out as it's so warm and cozy now. Before this there was a constant draft in here and an echo when you spoke from lack of insulation. A huge huge thank you to BROC and the program for bringing a whole new amazing comfort to our lives.
