I am going to warn others. NEVER take your car to Jack Williams in Edwardsville. Took my 2014 Honda civic to be inspected there yesterday, and was told I needed shocks for it to pass. I had a feeling they were just trying to rip me off. (im not a mechanic, but had enough cars to know when something is wrong). They wanted over $400 to fix it, and another $50 to reinspect. So I was driving around since yesterday with a good emissions sticker but bad inspection. Took it to motorworld today, (so not even a lick and stick place) and it passed with flying colors.so mad right now.

I took our vehicle to the Moosic store today because the brakes were making noise. I got a call from the manager who stated that he was happy to inform me that the rotor that was making noise was under warranty. However, I needed to have my brake lines flushed because moisture from inside the brake line was causing the rotor to rust. I declined the service because what he was telling me was an obvious lie. He proceeded to inform me that if I didn't have the flush done he would no longer honor the warranty. I flipped. Not only did he lie but now he was threatening me with voiding the warranty. I've been a loyal customer since my local tire shop closed but I will never deal with this company again.
