Questions
How long does a water heater last?
Properly maintained water heaters typically last 8-12 years. Lifespan depends on unit quality, maintenance frequency, and environmental factors affecting system performance.
Can well pumps be repaired?
Most well pumps require replacement rather than repair. Minor electrical fixes or maintenance may resolve some issues after professional inspection determines the pump's condition.
Are chemical drain cleaners safe?
Chemical drain cleaners pose safety risks and can damage pipes. Professional hydro jetting provides safer, more effective clog removal without harming plumbing systems or household health.
Do you charge overtime for emergencies?
We never charge overtime rates for emergency plumbing services. Our 24/7 response includes standard pricing with no additional fees for after-hours service.
What financing options are available?
We offer exclusive financing programs for major plumbing projects, including water treatment systems and sewer line replacements, with flexible terms for qualified customers.
