Jeff Baty is an excellent plumber. I found him to be very professional and informative. My tankless water heater (installed by someone else) went out for about the fourth time since it was installed about 2 years ago. Jeff got it running again, and after communicating with the manufacturer was able to give me some valuable insight as to what the problem may be. He did not try to push any extra product or work. I highly recommend him, and will definitely continue to use him for my plumbing needs.

They were highly responsive to my needs and took great care of our situation with a gas leak. Thorough is the perfect descriptor for this company. Had Jeff replace a tankless water heater for me this week and his service was second to none! He handled the job from start to finish and even cleaned up old trash previous contractors had left behind. I’m a hardcore DIY guy typically but when a professional is needed, I’ll be calling Thorough Plumbing.
