Wirth Development Corporation was founded in 1988 by Chip Wirth Jr. and his wife Patty. Our firm was built on major home renovations and custom homes. Later the company expanded into commercial projects and custom single-family homes across greater Hampton Roads. Whatever the development project, the Wirth team goes the extra mile to ensure clients are satisfied. Chip says, "We're going to do what it takes to get it done."
