We can help as a consultant to organize and set up your project, or bid on specific aspects of your plan. We can follow up with custom trim and cabinetry, spectacular tile work, professional painting and custom accents to make your project shine.
Carpentry: Need to move a load bearing wall, relocate a door way, or level your home prior to a larger remodeling project? Our carpenters can handle any of your framing needs from small projects to the framing of an entire room addition. Cabinetry: We can fabricate custom built cabinetry for any application or install factory built cabinets and make them look built in. Whatever your cabinetry needs, our craftsmen can make it happen. Trim and Millwork: We hand cope and fit our trim corners for a tight fit.
All general contracting companies get bids on all the various parts of a project and then add a healthy markup to cover their overhead and profit. We have a slightly different philosophy. Hire us as a remodeling consultant and / or project manager and we will help you with project ideas and subcontractor selection. Acting as your own general contractor, you would save money on all subs that you hire directly and on any materials that you supplied. We would then act as one of the subs, performing only those tasks that require a greater level of expertise.
