We deliver reliable electricity through 10 substations and 520 miles of transmission and distribution lines. Our system serves over 3,400 customers including residential homes, commercial businesses, and gaming facilities. With strategic investments in infrastructure hardening and renewable energy projects, we ensure stable power delivery while maintaining competitive rates.
Propane Delivery
Our propane delivery service provides heating fuel to community members with scheduled weekly deliveries across seven districts. Minimum 54-gallon orders ensure efficient service while emergency deliveries address urgent needs. We maintain strict safety protocols for tank access and delivery conditions to protect both customers and service personnel.
Youth Programs
We invest in future energy leaders through multiple youth initiatives including the STEAAAM Summer Program for middle schoolers, Washington Youth Tour for high school students, and internship opportunities. These programs provide hands-on learning experiences about utility operations and energy conservation while developing local talent for industry careers.
Solar Projects
Our solar initiatives include participation in the 20-megawatt Box Canyon Solar Project and development of the Lone Butte Solar Project on tribal lands. These investments in renewable energy help stabilize rates through fixed-cost agreements while reducing environmental impact. Solar parking canopies provide shade and clean power at our facilities.
Outage Management
We maintain a 24/7 outage response system with dedicated crews for rapid power restoration. Our Transmission System Hardening Project reinforces poles to withstand 100mph winds, reducing storm damage. Customers can report outages through our website or 24-hour hotline, with real-time updates available via our interactive outage map.
