Uniquity Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company. William Reed (Bill), our former President, became a licensed General Contractor in 1985, while working for the Bell System. He spent 26 years in their Construction Project Management Division. Bill managed the designing and building of the AT&T Center at Pleasanton, a one million square foot facility. He also managed the remodeling and construction of buildings in 13 western states. Sandy Reed is our current President. She worked for AT&T and the Bell System for 24 years.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we are with the results of the kitchen remodel and room addition. We're especially happy to see you complete the project on time per your proposal. I'm sure this was due in part to you and your crew arriving promptly every day with the proper tools and necessary materials. Our only regret is that we weren't referred to you earlier in the planning process, before we had plans drawn up elsewhere. We're glad you were able to revise the plans for a more workable and efficient design.

Went up last weekend to check the deck and we're very impressed! The added width in the back part is quite noticeable - good idea. Also a good idea (which we hadn't known about) is the concrete pad where the old steps were. The whole thing is a lot prettier, too, in the natural finish.

This gorgeous kitchen in Arnold, CA has the "living in the woods" feeling with Mid-Continent Cabinetry in Rustic Alder, with a Harvest finish. The door style is Duncan. Our customer in Arnold, California loves her new kitchen remodel above. We removed the upper cabinets, opening up the kitchen for easy entertaining. This kitchen features a Hanstone Quartz counter top and Oakcraft Cabinets in Euro Beech with Sage finish.

Our Murphys, CA customers were ready to give up their 70's style bathroom. Their new bathroom, pictured on the right, was updated with a granite countertop and new walk-in tiled shower. The glass block accent gave them lots of light and privacy too.
