Prior to being appointed South Norwalk Electric and Water's (SNEW) Chief Executive Officer and General Manager in September 2020, Mr. Huth held the position of Director of Water Operations based at our Wilton Water Treatment Plant facility since joining South Norwalk Electric and Water in February 2018. Mr. Huth draws from a wide range of utility management and large scale commercial construction project experience including high rise, drinking water process plants, pump stations, and pipelines.
Said Second Taxing District is hereby authorized to manage, operate and control said water system and electric light plant with the same authority, rights and liabilities and in the same manner as said City of South Norwalk, whether within the limits of said Second Taxing District or beyond, and, except as herein otherwise provided, to care for, maintain and to keep in repair all estate, both real and personal, which said District may possess wherever located and to sell and convey any of said property, any property held by said city in trust excepted, and apply the proceeds to the reduction of the indebtedness of said District only.
