CARL HANKINS, INC. has been in business since July 1972. We are a State of Florida licensed Underground Utility & Excavation Contractor and Electrical Contractor. Original operations took place out of the home of Carl and Pansy Hankins until 1974 when they purchased the first official office building on Benjamin Road in Tampa. Over the years we have had offices in various parts of the eastern region: Jacksonville and Panama City, Florida; Savannah, Baxley, and Atlanta, Georgia; Alvin, Texas; and Montpelier, Vermont.
