IN-TECH is the culmination of this effort. Our industry has invested countless hours of planning and millions of dollars to provide training for our future workforce. The purpose of the Institute is to provide highly trained apprentices to our contractors, safe and efficient electrical installation to our customers, and excellent wage and benefit packages to our union members.
