Have always had great luck with renting a scooter from them. Until this past week. My husband Robert Hay rented one for our car show trip to pigeon forge. They had raised the price from 100 to 125. Then they gave him a scooter with a faulty, broken seat. The electrical control switch was also faulty and when it ran for about half an hour it would stop working and he'd have to work with the switch to get it to run. Only rode it one time the entire week while there, due to the risk of it stopping. So the 125 was pretty much wasted. Took it back and they just said sorry. Got offered no money back. We've rented several times from them but we won't anymore.

The folks at Tri State Mobility were the most Professional group of folks you could ever have come to your home an work!
