I got transferred by the receptionist to the San Francisco showroom where I had the most unfortunate luck to speak with John over the phone. I asked him if I could get some samples for a contractor client, so he could show them to his client. He thought it was strange that I would do this, so he said he would not be able to give me any samples. Hmmm.30,000 sft. of sale lost.he should never be allowed near the phone.
A very unpleasant experience with this Company! From the beginning to the end it was a nightmare. I couldn't say what was more disappointing, the first installer, the extra 6 weeks my client was without a kitchen or the customer service! What a shame.
