Proform Interiors

Proform Interior Construction, Inc., was formed in 2014 by Jimmy Pettit and Reid Schneider, who have a combined construction experience of 43 years. Jimmy's career has focused on commercial, high-rise warranty and maintenance construction, along with HOA services. Reid's focus has mainly been with high-rise interior new construction. They wanted to combine their experience and build a family-owned business with the highest ethical standards. It's important to both of them that Proform builds and fosters lasting, strong relationships with our clients, as well as our employees.

Proform doesn't just handle interior work. We offer a wide range of construction, finish carpentry, and remodeling services for both the interior and exterior. The most common services we perform are listed below. Our company is able to cleanly and efficiently work in both occupied and unoccupied spaces.

We are a certified Total Door Systems installer, which is a custom door manufacturer specializing in integrated door systems. Their systems accommodate nearly any design face, veneer or architectural metal finish while still providing unmatched longevity, security and lower life cost.

Proform offers a wide array of exterior repair and improvement services. In addition to working hands-on with individual Owners, we also cater to Property Managers in the Apartment, Education and Homeowners Association industries. Services include landscape planter repairs; pergolas/canopy installations; new and replacement waterproofing; caulking; stucco and other specialized finishes. In San Diego, Proform Interiors is a leading certified applicator of Sika waterproofing systems with up to 10 and 20-year warranties available!

All of Proform's interior work is completed in house, with the exception of wallpaper. Our New Construction Division performs interior package installations for some of San Diego's most luxurious high-rise developments. These services include door installations, closet systems, bathroom fixtures, paint and stain-grade door window casings and locker room installations. Our company's punch services for builders and management professionals are performed by some of the most experienced technicians in the industry.
