A huge thank you to New England Stairlifts and to Mike Eagleston for installing stairlifts in the garage and the house for my mother. Very friendly and professional service! The explanation of how to properly use the stairlifts was easy to understand. Especially like that there are Parental Key Locks so that my three boys don’t try riding when they shouldn’t! Additionally we were surprised at how much space there still is on the stairs!

Three years ago my father in law had a heart attack that would either force him into an assisted living facility or require a chair lift if he wanted to go home. After much resistance, he agreed to the chair lift. Boston Walk in Bath couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. Within a week we had our chair lift and for three years it worked flawlessly. My father in law stayed in his home until he passed away. He used his chair to go up the stairs and used it to ferry items up and down the stairs. We are completely happy with Mr Presti and his family company. Should the need arise again, they will be our first call.
Boston Walk in Bath & Stairlift Co. was recommended to me by a medical supply business. It was the best recommendation I had received in a long time. I called Mr. Presti and he came to my house and assessed my needs. I ordered a stairlift for my husband. His crew came, installed the chair and did the wiring. I was so impressed with him and his workers that I ordered second one for another residence. Through the years if I had ANY problems ( these were both outdoor lifts) at time ANY they were taken right away. It is not often that you can count on a business to follow through with service. I cannot praise this business enough and highly recommend it.
