Many projects require additional skilled and licensed individuals to assist. For example, a "simple" bathroom could require upwards of ten different subcontractors for a successful outcome. Residential Renaissance LLC has long-standing relationships with some of the finest subcontractors and material suppliers around, and not only works with them on the project, but coordinates the entire project from start to finish. Most projects need, at a minimum, a conceptual design as the first step. Residential Renaissance LLC will produce scale drawings for smaller projects in-house, while larger, more elaborate projects will be handled by architectural firms with which we frequently work.
Little remodel of a three-fixture bathroom in Orange. Total gut to studs, reallocated some space from a neighboring closet to increase bathroom space, added a double-sink custom vanity, changed hinged door to a pocket door, and changed a bathtub to a full-custom shower. Happy customers!
