I am so excited to have a fireplace to decorate this year! I worked with Sheila on the fireplace, due to a rebuild of my home because of a fire. She made what could have been a very stressful time into a pleasant experience---an d I'm LOVING my fireplace! (I'd not had one previous)

Shopping for a new wood stove, called them because they carried the line of stoves I was interested in. Talked to salesman Herb. I was looking at two models, he gave me the prices on both but was not sure if he had one in stock. we briefly spoke about what kind of delivery they did. He was to call back regarding if they had the model in stock or if they had to order one. That was about a week and a half ago. Never heard from him. Continued to shop around. Got a message today "The stove you ordered is in and ready for pick up". Now that was a surprise! Called the very nice lady back and explained I did not order a stove but spoke to a salesman about two different models. I asked what color and door styles, she was not sure on the door styles and lo' and behold I was put in touch with Herb. now at this time I was a bit turned off about getting messages "my" stove I ordered was in but still, things can get turned around and the lady was very nice about it, so I was not ready to walk away because of a misunderstandin g. Well Herb got on the line, and things went downhill from there. He had an attitude right away and completely handled the situation wrong. He ended up blaming the poor lady who called me for telling me the wrong thing. Looking at the other reviews tells me this is not an isolated situation. Too bad, I really like the stoves they carry.

The worst customer service ever. Spent thousands there I built my house. We had issues with the fireplace within the first two years and I contacted multiple times and never heard anything back. I contacted them once again this year and they told me that it is out of the two year warranty. Very rude people and the salesman Phil is a slick weasel. Go to Risebrick if you need anything. Hell I would go to Menards or Lowes before this place.
