A/C went out yesterday (Monday) afternoon so I called our regular service company this morning - they said it will be Thursday before they can get here. I realize that it's summer and a lot of AC units break so some companies may be backlogged, but to ask a repeat customer to wait two more days before you can even look at the problem is not ok. A friend recommended Air Clinic so I called at 7:39 am.
The very helpful lady on the call took my information, and said "we'll have someone there this morning". At 9:30 the technician arrived and had us back in the cool by 11:00! The tech was very professional, courteous and straight to business of fixing the problem. No "upselling" or "you really need to replace this or that.." just fixed the problem, which is I why I called!! This is how customer service should be. Thank you.
