I think one of the best ways to judge a service is not only on the quality of the service, but also how they treat you when it's an emergency and you're in need. My AC stopped working today and I called Ardmore at 4pm. I had never worked with them before. From the wonderful customer service on the phone (thanks, Mary!) to the efficient, impeccable and reasonably priced service (thanks, Bob!) I have most certainly found my new HVAC company. Highly recommend!
