I’ve always gotten same day service. That may not always be the case but I sure appreciate it!!!
These people really know what they’re doing and very professional and nice.
As are the people in the office.
I am a repeat customer and I can highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

Just finished my 3rd project over 4 years with Custom Electrical. So far they've been involved in our EV Charger, Outdoor Garden power and lighting projects. There's so many ways I could list why we like working with them.

First the office is super well organized, and crew show up on time every time. The crew are professional, super friendly, knowledgeable, give great advice especially on our larger projects. They even helped us save a few bucks by shuffling around planning too. They got the work done quick and clean, dealt with permitting, and made sure we were happy that everything was good to go.

Pricing wise they're middle of the pack, but you get what you pay for, and their reliability is rock solid. We will definitely use them again.

I have had 2 wonderful experiences with Custom this year. We are working on site preparation for a large shop and they came in for a free estimate and planned out the job. They arrived on time and were prepared. It was a job that took two days and all 4 employees were polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
They installed a breaker in my panel, ran line under the house, and then installed the new outdoor panel and 2 20-amp outlets to the back of the lot where the shop will be built. They had all of the tools needed, kept the indoor spaces clean, wore masks indoors, and were nice to my crazy dog. They communicated with me throughout their work and then called when on their way to confirm arrival on Day 2.
I will use them again in the future and definitely trust my electrical needs to them. Side note, I also appreciate the way they handle the bidding process with a detailed explanation by email and then a simple invoice process on line. Their bid beat two other companies and I believe their reputation is better too based on feedback in the neighborhood.

I have used them twice for various projects, for installing electrical for a custom bar, and more recently to run a freezer in my garage. Their entire staff is so professional and kind. They were prompt to confirm my appointment after booking online, they communicated with me to get additional information prior to arriving, and James did an excellent job as our electrician day-of. Of all the lousy electricians out there, these guys are definitely FIVE stars.

Custom Electrical Services is our go-to electrical vendor! We are a multi-family community with 108 large town-homes. If we have a project on the property we always get at least 3 bids, and they are so fairly priced we always end up working with them. Whenever we have more urgent issues we call Custom Electrical and typically Dale R. comes to our rescue! We appreciate him for always being upfront, prompt, accountable and thorough. All of the electricians are licensed, bonded and insured so we feel secure in our choice and our residents concerns are quickly addressed. If you are looking for a new vendor for your property, or your home, you'll want to give them a call. Ask for Dale!
