We build all of our cabinet bodies from 3/4″ Pre Finished maple for strength, beauty and longevity. Our face frames are made of hardwood glued and joined with high grade pocket screws and sanded to a silky smooth finish. Our doors and drawer fronts are built with grain-matched hardwood and joined by cope and stick joints. They are also sanded to smooth final finish. All drawer boxes are constructed from high quality 1/2″ Baltic Birch or 5/8-inch solid maple and joined together with half-blind dovetail joints.
