Technically, it is called non-immersive cold dry-cleaning. The method is called injection-extraction. This ia a preferred cleaning method according to manufactureres such as Hunter Douglas. And for a good reason -- it provides the thoroughness of cleanlisness unattainable by ultra-sound bath or other methods.
