Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted hot water extraction removes deep-seated dirt, allergens, and bacteria while preserving carpet fibers. Using IICRC-certified methods, we ensure thorough cleaning that meets manufacturer warranty requirements. The process includes pre-inspection, pre-treatment, high-pressure rinsing, and optional stain protection application.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional furniture cleaning restores fabric appearance while maintaining material integrity. Our six-step process includes pre-vacuuming, targeted spot treatment, gentle extraction, and optional protector application. We handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring minimal moisture retention for quick drying.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure tile and grout cleaning removes embedded grime while preserving surface finishes. Our specialized solutions break down stubborn stains without damaging ceramic or stone surfaces. Post-cleaning sealing options help maintain cleanliness and resist future staining.
Janitorial Services
Comprehensive facility maintenance services for commercial properties. Our cleaning protocols improve indoor air quality, reduce slip hazards, and enhance overall workplace appearance. Services include daily maintenance, deep cleaning, and customized scheduling options.
Stain Protection
Post-cleaning protector application creates an invisible barrier against spills and soil. This treatment extends carpet and upholstery lifespan by preventing permanent staining. The non-toxic formula maintains breathability while making routine maintenance more effective.
