C.W. Building Maintenance was founded by Clarence Williams Sr. He has been working in the cleaning industry for over 30 years, specializing in cleaning laboratories. He established C.W.B.M. in 1980 working in laboratories facilities such as The J. David Gladstone Institute for Cardiovascular Disease, the worlds largest Aids Research Laboratory in the United States. We have also worked for the University of California of San Francisco for just as many years. We work with some of the largest companies including on the Bio Tech map in the Bay Area.
