I have owned my All-Star for 5 years now and I absolutely love it. It is a quality smoker, very easy to maintain Temps and I love it's design in every way. I have cooked countless baby back ribs, brisket flats and pork shoulders. Our annual Fourth of July party has 40 plus people and the All Star handles it easily. Mark has taken me on a tour of his operation in Olathe and it's very impressive. He has a passion for Designing great smokers.
Got the Pit Boss in June direct from the factory. This was after 6 months of searching and waffling on offset v reverse flow v rotisserie. Mark Hillman was really helpful from order through delivery and made sure I was ready to roll once I got it. It's easy to use and really simplifies the process. I've used it for big backyard gatherings of 50 of more down to smaller efforts. Cannot go wrong with an ABS.
Got the All-Star. I think it's a great smoker. Perfect size for a backyard, family smoker. I had a question when I first got it. I emailed the company and the president responded really fast. Looking forward to many years of use.
