Our dog, Molly, got sick (diarrhea) on the carpet all around our dining room table. We did our best to clean the carpet with Nature's Miracle, but there was still major evidence of stain. Based on Yelp reviews and being a local Martinez service I called Jesse on a Friday and he was able to schedule us for the following Monday morning. Our downstairs has wall-to-wall carpeting in our living room, dining room, and family room and it hadn't been cleaned in 6 YEARS! Our family room had stains we had never been able to remove and for that reason we were on the verge of tiling it. After Jesse performed his magic (including special pet stain processing) our carpet looks BRAND NEW, in EVERY ROOM, and the wife says we can hold off on the family room tile project.

Was very easy to schedule with Jesse. He showed up right on time and explained their services. Great customer service and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet on stairs and large area rug. Jesse also gave tips on on carpet care and was very personable. I highly recommend Martinez Carpet Cleaning!

Jesse and Martinez Carpet Cleaning are amazing. Jesse was right on time, thoroughly explained what would work best for our carpets and area rugs and revived carpets that I was thinking we'd have to replace. We have two kids and two dogs and I thought our area rugs were probably going to need to be tossed. When Jesse was done, our carpets and area rugs all looked brand new. We couldn't be happier. Martinez Carpet Cleaning is hands down the best solution for carpet cleaning. We have two sets of stairs, 4 bedrooms, and halls that were serviced with one room being extremely bad. We thought the carpet was shot. Jesse, the owner, did a fantastic job restoring the carpets and removing pet stains. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what is needed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a refresh in their home!

Jesse did a great job cleaning the carpet in two rooms of my home. He started out with a thorough explanation of the service options, and worked with me to select the best option to meet my needs. He pre-treated the pet stains, and cleaned both rooms thoroughly. Afterward the carpet looked brand new. Jesse was courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Very professional work. i would recommend his carpet cleaning services.

I found Jessie on Yelp and decided to try his services out. He's very patient and was still trying to work w/ me even though I had to change my appt. a few times. I finally settled on a 12-2pm slot, which cut close to another appt. I had at 11:30am. He arrived at 12pm, I thought I'd be done w/ my other appt, but I wasn't. He even waited another 40min for me to finish!
My carpet wasn't dirty, but I just wanted it cleaned. He did a great job, and had a good attitude about the whole thing. I appreciate his work, and extreme patience...Thx Jessie

Jesse came out to our home and worked very hard to get our carpets clean. Within the last month or two, the carpet darkened so quickly and I thought for sure, we would have to replace our carpet. Jesse came out and restored our carpets to look new again. Best of all, he used steam, which pleased me since that's how I like to clean the
flooring in my home.
In addition, he did my moms house on the same day. Their carpet was terrible, but Jesse did his magic and it looks great!! Highly recommend Martinez Carpet Cleaning!!

This company is very professional, I loved them. The owner does the work himself, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He was very helpful and explained any issues with the carpet, and what he was doing to get stains out. He also provided tips for future stains.
They came to do an estimate with very short notice and began working immediately. I had four bedrooms and a kitchen (tile) to clean, and they finished within 2 hours. The grout in my kitchen floor has never looked whiter! I highly recommend them.
