We decided at the last minute to have our basement carpet cleaned. Our daughter was moving back home and we wanted to get it cleaned before she moved back. I called Eric at Pro Star Carpet Cleaning on Saturday and he was at our house at 8am the next morning!! He did a fantastic job and the entire house smelled so good! Called to get an estimate on cleaning carpets that needed some attention due to pet odors. Was given a fair estimate and technician was at our home within an hour. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough employee that got us taken care of very quickly. Great experience, give them a call!

Pro Star stretched my carpet for me in one room. They were very quick, informative and did a great job. The original company that installed the carpet wanted 2x the amount ProStar charged me! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a carpet service. They were prompt, courteous and I would definitely use them again.

Pro Star came to our home as scheduled, calling to let us know that traffic was delaying their arrival. Eric was very conscientious about his work, making sure it was done properly. I was very pleased with the care they provided for our carpet.
