Let's start by I recently moved into my mother's house again to help with my grandmother, with health issues. I brought my four dogs which are all kenneled/put away around new people, my mother has two small dogs, also put away around people. The guy says the AC is frozen, and can't do anything. He then calls saying I have too many dogs as he had only seen 3, and claims to have seen 4. And blames the dogs for the AC not working yet before I moved back into this house with my dogs, this has happened.

He continues and says he does not want to come back and we will have to call and make an appointment for them to come clean the AC (which they have never done!) and yes, we change the filters every 3 weeks. I find him highly unprofessional and walking into the house with his pants off his ass isn't very professional either. Wish I knew his name. Maybe he was like this because I look younger than I am and not everyone thinks I'm an adult? still no way to get business! Currently sitting in a house with a toddler, elderly grandmother and pregnant, while it is 93 degrees inside. Doors, windows and fans are open and on to help cool it down.

Had a whole new system installed a few yrs ago & the price was right. Have always had yearly maintenance done & besides a few issues that come with normal wear & tear, system works great & parts have a 10 yr warranty on them. Watts tech Jonathon came out yesterday when we had a problem & got us fixed up quick & was very professional. Would & have recommended Watts AC to people over the yrs.
