Slate Asset Management continues to reposition the Yonge and St. Clair neighbourhood. Part of that included the redevelopment of 24 St. Clair West. The ground floor retail space will have a new façade and the second floor was prepped to be tenanted by a new tenant occupying 25, 000 sf. Loring was well-positioned as the commissioning consultant for this type of project due to our experience as the design consultant for various vivariums in the United States. The major challenges of these projects arise when systems are up and ready for testing/commissioning.
