I called Fiber Care on Tuesday, spoke with Brian, and Mario was here to clean our 2 sofas on Thursday. He did a wonderful job, very thorough, and professional. The sofas look like new!

From start to finish this carpet company was exceptional. They were very efficient,prompt and courteous. Mario did the best job cleaning of all my carpets ever. He went out of his way to protect all the legs of my furniture touching the carpets. All pet stains were gone. I will be using them in the future and recommending to all my friends and family.

I had Fiber Care clean my large living room rug last year and was amazed at the difference following the cleaning. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable
As a result, when the rug needed cleaning this year, I called Fiber Care. In addition to the living room rug, I included another rug and wall and floor tile cleaning in the bathroom. Again, the cost was reasonable.

I cannot believe that my couch and loveseat look like brand new! Fiber Care (Mario was our technician) came out and cleaned 3 pieces of furniture. They were able to remove a lot of 6 year old lipstick stain from a cushion. They cost just a few dollars more than other cleaning companies, but no one has come CLOSE to this level of clean. Wow! Highly recommend.

This is such a fabulous company to work with from beginning to end. The first contact I had was with the actual owner of the company. He came out and looked over all the spaces I was thinking of having cleaned. He was very patient and kind and punctual as I emailed him several times with different options I was looking at. We agreed on all the rooms to clean, and areas of carpet that needed stretching and the price was very reasonable! When Miguel came out to clean the carpets, we did a walk-through, he explained how he was going to clean each of the stains, and then came through again with a black light to make sure he even found the hidden stains. There were 2 rooms that had just a few hidden spots and he said he would go ahead and take care of those few spots at no additional charge. After he finished 4 hours later, we walked through again - and to my surprise he had cleaned the 2 additional rooms and an area rug at no additional charge! Who does that now a days? This company does! Oh, and the owner even called during the cleaning process to make sure everything was going well. When they tell you customer satisfaction is their number one priority, the really mean it.
