My wife and I are Realtors with Keller Williams. We recently listed a home for a client who had smoked in her house and the residual cigarette smoke odor was very apparent. The very first buyer's agent who showed the house made a point to mention the odor in her feedback. We tried some DIY solutions to cover the odor that just didn't work.
