Be aware. I was misled. They told me I had to pay a yearly fee to cover inspections and servicing but that was not the case. Extra fees still apply.

From start to finish they were a superb company. Rob's salesmen Russel came out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive product, he figured out what we needed and what was best for our home and pocket book. Then the installers came out, Victor, Micheal, and Matthew. They did an amazing job, not only is the new inside and outside unit beautiful, but it works great, and they didn't leave until all of our requests and needs were met. They made sure the equipment was in top working order and they cleaned up before they left. This is an amazing company and they truly stand behind there product and their name. Thank you Rob's you ROCK!
