Glen was AWESOME! Our sofa and chair were in desperate need of a cleaning, with an elderly cat and a 2 year old who is constantly spilling food or drinks on them. I called Glen and was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was very professional and on time, communicated with me to even remind me of the appointment and confirmed our address. My sofa & chair look brand new, he was able to get out a few stains that have really been bothering me. I will definitely be using him again in the future & highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Prime Time after having my couch, recliner & two are rugs cleaned. Glenn got right back to me after I left him a voicemail & was very flexible in working with my schedule. I was unaware that Prime Time cleaned tile floors & scheduled a second visit for my kitchen & bathroom floors. It was amazing to find the original grout color as well as the design in the tiles, which I never knew existed.
