Scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning 4/22. That day we received a call from the Goettl office, with a nice woman saying that the technician was stuck on a big job and wouldn't be able to make it. So we rescheduled for the following Sunday 4/29. Sunday the 29th rolled around and another call with the same story. We were rescheduled yet again for Saturday 5/5 between 12-4pm. At 4:15pm with no sign of the technician and no call this time from the Goettl office, I called them.
The gentleman I spoke with said they were very busy and would have to reschedule the appointment again. However, this time I was told that they wouldn't have a technician available until Saturday 8/18! Absolutely ridiculous. My supposed air conditioning "rejuvenation" prior to summer starting will have to wait until we'll after summer has started. If you haven't booked an appointment yet, don't expect your A/C to be serviced until summer 2019. What a joke. Wasted one of my weekend days three straight weeks waiting around on these guys. And I'll be waiting another 3 months.
