In April of this year (4/ 18) we needed a new finish on our already stripped engineered-hardwood floors. The owner, Larry, responsed quickly. However, the finish that he recommended (a two-step process including a bonding agent) appeared patchy. Larry agreed and applied a second finish without re-stripping the bond & finish already applied. Right away we noticed that the 2nd finish was coming up in places.
I messaged the office (Virginia) and left a voice mail message for Larry, and never heard back. I have to apply floor polish (wax) to have the floors look acceptable. It took me this long to review because I don't like giving a local business anything but a good review.but I am tired of applying wax to a floor finish that was applied with the promise that wax would not have to be used.

We just had our floors done and I have nothing but great things to say about Floor Pro! Our Service Technicians, Lawrence and Devon, were both professional and very caring of our home. Both gentlemen were very friendly & they asked what our needs were for our floor. They were so nice! I want to mention that the professionalism with Floor Pro extends outside the office to their technicians, too! It is hard nowadays to find such nice, hard-working, professional people and I have nothing negative to say about our experience with this company! I would highly recommend them. Should we have any floor needs in the future, we will ask for Lawrence and Devon specifically. Thank you, Floor Pro for such great service!

My first point of contact with Floor Pro, was Virginia. She was very thorough with questions and seeking details, in order to serve my needs the best way possible. Prior to my appointment she followed up with text messages, providing technician information along with their pictures. The floor technicians - Lawrence and Joseph arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and they did a thorough job. There was no upsell pressure or gimmicks attached, it was a straightforward service providing experience.
