All of our chillers and boilers are mounted to flatbed trailers, making delivery and pickup of the units simple and quick. All 15 of our full time service technicians have factory, OEM training. All of our employees undergo regular continued education, participate in a comprehensive safety program, and are required to submit to random drug testing.

AHU's as they are known in the industry, are typically located throughout a building structure and supply filtered and conditioned air to occupied space. AHU's are usually configured as constant volume or VAV, which deliver a constant amount of air through ductwork and floor or ceiling diffusers. VAV type systems vary the supply air, using a VFD to ramp the motor speed up or down depending on the space requirements. AMSS provides expertise on AHU's ranging from 500 cfm to over 100,000 cfm.
