We have finally found a reputable person to do an honest job for a fair price! I cannot commend this guy enough for the care, the attitude, and the quality of work that was provided in cleaning our carpets at our home today! Fast and friendly service. What more can you ask for? He was on time, explained how the cleaning service would work, and was able to get a couple of stains up off the carpet. Overall I am completely satisfied with the results of the cleaning service. Highly recommend hiring!

He did such an excellent job! He worked hard to do the job and was very professional, knowledge and courteous. My tile and carpet look so much better! I would highly recommend.
I would also add that Ted was very prompt, courteous and answered/returned calls very quickly...ready to answer any question. He has very professional van and equipment. Ted took the time to do the job correctly and to our satisfaction. AND...even after adding a couple of last minute areas for him to clean, was still substantially cheaper than big-name, in-and-out steam cleaning outfits that spend a lot on marketing budgets!

If you are looking for honest, hardworking, timely, personable with competitive pricing, look no further! Grateful Ted was an absolute joy to work with. He was able to remove years of saturated cat pee from my couches in one visit; something Stanley Steamer was never able to do in the 5+ times I'd had them out to address it. You will not regret working with Mr. Ted. Couldn't have asked for a more honest, hardworking and pleasant person!
This creme colored carpet cleaned up really nicely. Got rid of that 'doggie' odor as well. Your carpet can also look great. Just give Grateful Ted a call!
