Today Clean Service 2008 offers a complete array of cleaning services. The services offered to date include but are not limited to move-in/move-outs, carpet shampoo, trash outs, lawn care, and property preservation services. The services that are offered today have a wide scope of definition. For example, move-in/move-out services could include a total trash-out that includes the attic, outbuildings, garages and surface type items that slow your contractor down or cost you more money, like removing nails.
Our initial service is done when there has been no previous maintenance lawn work at the property. The ongoing maintenance service is provided every 3 weeks, we provide the same services as the initial lawn service. We recommend recurring lawn maintenance to keep the property in sales-ready condition. Property preservation services protect the property from damages, neglect, vandalism and other situations that may affect property's value. Our services include: complete debris removal, initial and recurring lawn and janitorial services, property securing, board ups, and more!
