Five Stars is not enough - Dude was AWESOME - was able to reach him on Sunday and anytime I needed to talk to him - PROFESSIONAL = Detail oriented = and most of all he went the extra mile to get a near impossible job done right- he contacted the Carpet Manufacturer and checked with them to see what they recommended and he followed through.
